Owned by Australasia's leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment & services, this company operates in a competitive environment succeeding on the basis of superior customer service, product knowledge and extensive product range.

With three stores located in Victoria this role is based in Dandenong South. At H.I.M Spares we offer an extensive range of replacement parts and accessories for vehicles manufactured by Hino, Isuzu, Mitsubishi and Nissan UD. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market leading company as a Business Development Manager. 

About the role

This full-time role is an ongoing position, it will suit a motivated, mechanically minded individual with a passion for sales and customer service. 

Duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Growing relationships with existing customers
  • Reporting, analysing and planning strategic sales strategies
  • Monthly reporting to the senior management team and branch managers 
  • New business development 
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Skills and experience

To be successful you must demonstrate the following; 

  • Experience within the Commercial Vehicle space (not essential)
  • Attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment 
  • Customer focused with excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the phone
  • Proactive approach to new business development
  • An ability to work autonomously to meet KPI's
  • Must have a full Australian drivers license
