Business Development Manager - Workflow Solutions


Our client is a multi award winning software vendor who are taking the global market by storm. As a result of unprecedented growth at a global level, they are looking for a top performing Business Development Manager to join their Melbourne team. Working from the company's state of the art offices, this entrepreneurial organisation is renowned for its people, culture and technology innovation.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling the company's software licensing solutions. You will tasked with developing new business within the Australian mid market sector (500 to 2000 seats) via prospecting, cold calling, following up on inbound leads and networking events. With a dedicated lead generation, marketing, product management and IT support team around you, you will focus your energies on effective sales and marketing activities.

Ideally tertiary qualified you will demonstrate at least three to five years experience of over-target performance selling business software or online/digital solutions working for a Digital Agency. You will be a proven hunter and relationship manager with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Additionally you will be comfortable using Salesforce.com
