Your new company
Due to a rapid growth stage, our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Administration Manager to support, manage and motivate their dynamic team based in the South East.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and development of a team of 5 people. You will ensure that each team member is supported, providing a high level of coaching and development to improve workplace processes. You will also manage communications with customers and assist with various clerical tasks including answering phone calls, receiving & signing for deliveries and directing emails to the relevant person.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, with previous experience managing a team. You will be highly organised and computer literate, with a ‘can do’ attitude to help drive continuous improvement of processes across the team and wider business. As a skilled multi-tasker, you will display exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast paced and highly demanding environment.
