Your new company
This federal government organisation in the South Eastern suburbs promotes and develops schemes to improve the support and care provided for people with disabilities, their families and carers. Due to growth, they are now looking to increase their business support team to manage the large workload.
Your new role
In your role as a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within the office. This will involve diary management, customer service, assistance with reports and research, email and appointment management, data entry, complaint management, and other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll have recent experience working in a similar position, ideally in a large not for profit or healthcare based government organisation. Your experience working in the disability sector is preferred but not a requirement. You will have a strong interest in the industry and have a caring and passionate attitude. You’ll have excellent communication skills, work well within large teams and enjoy administrative positions.
