Construction Administrator


Our client is currently seeking a switched-on and self-motivating Administrator to join their team.


Your new company
Built on quality, expertise and outstanding service, this Property Development Company has a strong reputation in the market for their Residential Projects. Due to extensive growth and the development of a new Residential Project, they are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Your new role
As the team Administrator you will be the back bone of the Commercial Property departments’ operations, playing a crucial role in legislative compliance and executing company procedures. Reporting to the House & Land Manager, your duties will include; updating CRM software, tracking and managing lease renewals, sales / leasing submissions, creating advertising schedules, following up payments, liaising with clients, manage bank guarantees, providing proofs for approval, responding to general queries, prepare meeting presentations and traditional PA duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have previous experience in a Commercial Property environment and be solutions focused with the ability to make decisions and think on your feet. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work ethic, advanced Microsoft Office skills, immaculate presentation and impeccable communication skills. You must feel confident liaising at all levels with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with an understanding of Commercial Lease Administration will be highly regarded.

Please note, the salary is dependent on the level of experience. Candidates with only a small amount of Commercial Property experience will be considered.
