Remuneration Value:  $46.37-$49.68 p/h (FTE $91, 627 - $98,167), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave. 

The Wesley Hospital is currently inviting Clinical Nurses experienced in Pain/Chronic Disease Management to join our Allied Health Team’s Pain Management Program!

About the Role:

You will be accountable for the provision of safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.

You will assist the Pain Management Program co-ordinator in the co-ordination of the Pain Management Program, from point of referral to discharge, whilst providing clinical Nursing support to all patients within the program.

You’ll demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication, customer service skills and an ability to work effectively within a team. Your experience has provided you a solid clinical foundation in Chronic Disease and Pain Management and you present with: 

  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree (or equivalent) with current and unconditional AHPRA Registration
  • Relevant experience in the area of persistent pain and/or Chronic Disease Management
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting, educator role or multi-disciplinary program with a rehabilitation focus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Computer applications

This is a permanent part-time role required to work a base roster of 25 hours per week. Majority of shifts will be Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm, but some flexibility is required.
