Permanent full time opportunity for a Team Administrator to support our Melbourne based Legal team. Bring your experience to this collaborative and close-knit team where you will play a key part in supporting a strong performing team who are doing outstanding work that impacts the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organise and complete tasks, assist in organising events, prepare presentations & correspondence, complete reports within set timeframes, draft letters and manage emails.
  • Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files & records, correspondence and project files for easy retrieval.
  • Perform diary management, travel itineraries, stationary orders, timely invoice payments, typing, Expenses, the organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support including preparation of minutes, agendas and PCG reports.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key partners.
  • Represent Stockland in alignment with the brand and Stockland’s values.

About You :

You may have come from an Administrative support role such as a Team Administrator or a Personal Assistant but enjoy supporting a team. Being great with technology you understand how to make it work to your advantage. We work with Office 365 and SharePoint so previous experience using this would be a bonus. Joining this team bringing your strong work ethic and positive approach to collaboration and solution-based outcomes will see you succeed within this team.
