Service Desk Analyst

Our client requires service desk analysts to assist with the running of various telecommunication duties.

Client Details

Our client is an established telecommunications company.


Core duties include:

  • Assisting customers over the phone
  • Logging and management of databases
  • Meeting various KPI's
  • Troubleshooting various hardware and software issues


Applicants must have:

  • At least 12 months experience in a service desk environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in telecommunications
  • Experience with inbound telephone systems
  • Experience delivering service management disciplines
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Permanent working rights and not on a working holiday visa

Job Offer

This role will consist of a 24 hour rotating roster and will require applicants be available to work various shifts on a regular basis.

It is initially a 6 moth assignment however the option exists for this to become a permanent position.
