Internal Sales Representative

About the role

As our client's next Internal Sales Representative, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Prompt answering phone inquiries, providing technical advice and assisting customer queries.
  • Processing quotations
  • Processing sales orders 
  • Assist external sales staff with customer requirements
  • Processing back orders daily
  • Processing credit notes
  • Process return authorities
  • Control and Monitoring of all customer warranties and repairs
  • Assisting with various warehouse tasks as part of training and as when required
  • Filing and general admin duties
  • Adhoc duties as directed by state manager or operations manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
  • Be well organised
  • Have accurate record keeping skills
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Have technical experience in hydraulic, automobile or lubrication
  • Have intermediate computer skills
  • Be fit and active
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Be punctual and reliable
