Your new company is a start-up in the fintech space, that is poised to go operational. We provide clients with access to the wholesale derivatives industry through an online platform that allows clients to trade foreign exchange, metals, equity indexes and commodities. We have some big plans in terms of growth and expect to have some eight foreign offices by the end of this year. Our head office staff in Sydney is manned by a small team of highly experienced people and the business is very well capitalised.
We are looking for someone to help us with our client on-boarding and customer service responsibilities. This is a dual role, within a start-up, that you can make yours with your ambition and dedication. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

You will be offered a competitive salary + Superannuation dependent on experience. In addition there will be a bonus scheme which will be rated on a star system from your client interactions which could total another 30% of your base salary. You will be offered all the systems training you need, be offered courses to improve yourself and your ability to perform your role. There will even occasionally be the opportunity for travel.
