About the role
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the ELT, the CFO will lead finance transformation that delivers efficient processes and systems, rigorous governance practices, and sophisticated reporting and insights in a contemporary business partnering model. The role will manage financial planning and budgeting activities to inform decision making and maximise long-term sustainable revenue to drive investment in the game. In addition to overseeing commercial modelling on strategic projects, the appointee will have management responsibility for the legal, risk and integrity departments.
CA/CPA qualified, you are a high-calibre finance executive with commercial orientation and strategic agility. You are a dynamic, transformative and humanistic leader who inspires high performance and collaboration, and builds trusted relationships in a complex stakeholder environment. Significant experience working with Boards and subcommittees is essential. Your strong business acumen and customer-first mindset are complemented by your passion to achieve CA’s vision for the sport and for the community.
