JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Executive (New Business)
If you are a Business Development Executive with experience selling technology transformation, solutions and managed services that demonstrably solve client business issues then we are looking for someone like you!
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right type of assertive individual, who has an existing network and is also passionate about forging new relationships. You will be successful in this role if you have a creative streak and enjoy engaging in dialogue with clients that generate a shared narrative to solve a problem. If you are positive, achievement orientated, resilient, tenacious and have an ability to think logically and be objective in your decision making then this role is for you.
Your sales territory will be predominantly Melbourne based. Your focus will be to target enterprise accounts that have a synergy with the wider Orange Business Services portfolio that includes Connectivity, Cloud, Cyber, IoT and multi-domains managed services. You will be measured by successfully winning business that acquires new clients for Orange.
Essential for this role is an ability to elevate the conversation away from commodity technology provision or point solutions. You have a challenger mindset and be in a position to understand what business drivers within the target client environment can trigger and create a sales opportunity using insight lead selling. These differentiated opportunities you create and execute will be transformational sized engagements and will contribute to the growth of Orange.
This role is based in Melbourne is a newly created position, and will suit a person who has a strong history in new business/business development roles. Your success will be our success, and you will be supported in achieving our joint goals.
