    Our client is a well known Property Group with a reputation for being a thriving business with a diverse portfolio.

    The Opportunity

    The Investment team requires a high performing Analyst to support the expansion of the local division. 

    As the analyst you will;

  • Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks, undertaking detailed due diligence of commercial properties.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to form an opinion on a property’s value and it’s appropriate return metrics
  • Have extensive financial modelling skills, including knowledge of discounted cash flow valuation techniques.
  • Provide superior financial, Tenancy & Lease analysis on all facets of Industrial sites nationally.
  • Manage campaign Due Diligence queries and provide fast and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports.
  • Produce advertising material for press advertising and online content.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the creation and delivery of top-quality pitch documents for major assets, primarily in the commercial sector.
  • Source, collect and collate sales evidence on a national basis and preparation of detailed Sales Analyses.
  • Retain and prepare sales listings on a national basis.

    The Candidate

    You will ideally have:

  • A degree in property or related subjects, with experience gained from a valuations background
  • Exposure to commercial, industrial or retail assets
  • Knowledge of discounted cash flow modelling
  • You will have an interest in real estate investments and proactively gather intelligence on related international markets.
