Job Title: Lead Development Representative

What you get to do in this role:

  • Learn about ServiceNow’s product set and further your understanding of the IT industry more broadly
  • Follow up on leads produced through marketing activity
  • Attending ServiceNow events to assist and educate customers about our product-set
  • Work closely with the account development representatives to develop leads into qualified opportunities
  • Learn the business of B2B sales through understanding organisation’s business drivers, challenges and how ServiceNow helps customers
  • Utilise and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively and in a timely manner
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press
  • Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process.
  • Occasional travel for training/events/meetings may be required.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

·         Excellent listening, verbal and written skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills – Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects and internal colleagues
  • Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables and deadlines
  • Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.
