As part of a recent restructure centred on improving our residents experience with us, we’re pleased to be seeking a Residential Service Manager to oversee the operations of our Lowood facility.
Supported by a Clinical Care Manager, you’ll oversee clinical and non-clinical operations of this 30 bed service.
You’ll collaborate with your frontline team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of person-centred care that encompasses their social, emotional and physical well-being. Through your knowledge, you’ll drive high quality and compliance standards, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory and funding requirements in line with best-practice care.
You’ll foster a successful referral network between your service and our community business, as well as maximise funding opportunities in collaboration with your ACFI Coordinator. Your experience will see you build a service focused on holistic, 'tailor-made' care, positioning it competitively within the market.

Your skills & experience:
With strong experience within the Residential Aged Care sector, your people skills have seen you build great relationships, engaging your teams to reach their objectives and deliver a high-standard of care. Your skills in coaching and developing frontline leaders have seen continuous improvement within your services, delivering to quality standards and enabling best-practice clinical care.
Your experience has equipped you with an appreciation of the current complexities in aged and community care, including SQFI and ACFI funding, as well as the financial, resource and people acumen to understand operational challenges, and respond proactively. You'll present with:
  • Clinical registration with AHPRA
  • Leadership experience within an Residential Aged Care service
  • Experience influencing culture through continuous improvement activities
  • Strong knowledge of industry quality standards, frameworks and key deliverables
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and business acumen with strong financial skills
