Transdev Group, headquartered in France, is looking for a Microsoft System Administrator to be based in Chicago (North Amerirca).

MISSIONS & RESPONSABILITIES

Position overview

Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, you Provide users of the Information System (internal staff, customers) with an operational and stable Microsoft environment especially O365 technologies & related Active Directory actions.

With a central place of the information system’s, the Microsoft environment especially O365 technologies platforms must be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Missions

- Advance System administrator with experience in O365 environment. The job takes place in a global company with multi AD environments and several Hybrid MS Exchange Farms.

- Reinforce the existing team and help in its day to day operational effectiveness and ensure operational continuity and support.

- Main topics are relative to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as well as update technical documentation

- Participate and contributes to the operations of Microsoft environment especially O365 technologies environments including:

Operation of O365 platforms & related exchanges farms & multi AD environments

Operation related to the O365 platform managing devices & OS (Intune or other MDM solution related to O365 experiences)

Operation related to the Active Directory including Azure AD

Support of 0365 compliance (license allocation, removal, & maintenance)

Operation related to security for Microsoft O365 technologies

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hierarchical :

Reporting into Group aswell as into local IT Infrastructure Manager,

Specific :

Strong exchange with all group team members operating group O365 tenant

Frequent calls/conferences inside European time zone

Role will be mainly Operational and support based. We will be using an ITSM Tool (Service Now) to manage tickets in a follow the sun model.

Internal relationships :

IT teams from all countries operating O365 technologies. Other I&O teams from group & countries

Teams from IT: Technical support teams & sometimes service manager

Local Australia & New Zealand teams

External relationships :
