Facilities Coordinator

Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.
We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

What does the job involve?
You’ll be working on site with our client – a globally recognised software company.
The Facilities Coordinator will assist with operational activities for the site in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material/equipment/supplies, occupancy services and planned and reactive works. The Facilities Coordinator will also be required to provide administrative support to the team and will need to cover reception.

Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

A snapshot of the role:
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met,
Maintain the office in neat and good working condition at all times,
Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard,
Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines,
Actively working towards making sure financial processes are always being followed,
Ensuring that all working environments meet all requisite WH&S standards

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Possess a can do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships. A strategic thinker who is capable of dealing with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
Ideally you will already have experience working within a facilities based role or similar.
