About the role

As an experienced Store Technician with strong and proven repair experience, you will be responsible for all aspects of repairs and technical aspects of this fast growing and spirited business. You will also have a keen willingness to perform to a high level of customer service and to help this young and energetic team to exceed and excel every day. You will join and help lead a young, dynamic and highly passionate team at this Highpoint location. Reporting directly to the store manager, you will have a hands-on role and the opportunity to help run the business as your own and implement your repair knowledge in teaching other members of the crew in sharing your wealth of knowledge on the path to major success.

Skills and Experience

  • Past Electronics repair experience is a must!
  • A passion for tech, telco and electronics
  • The ability to help and run a store like it's your own business
  • You will be an expert in all aspects of repair and technical knowledge
  • Always results driven and a drive for achieving KPI's and Targets as a team
  • The ability to plan for success with your team and help mentor
  • Strong understanding of stock ordering, inventory and stock take
  • Strong in admin and communication
  • Customer Service is a part of this role, so not afraid to meet and greet!
  • Past experience in coaching and developing your team
  • A bright, energetic and outgoing personality
  • Being able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be highly regarded
