Team Member - Customer Contact Centre - Property Services

To be successful you will need:
  • Excellent listening and communication and skills (Written & Verbal)
  • A high degree of computer literacy
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday
  • An understanding of the property, legal or financial services industries would be beneficial
  • While it is preferred, you don’t need to have previous experience in a call centre environment – just a passion for helping people and a dedicated, positive attitude

The Role:
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements; company policies and procedures; and statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Daily entry into Manual Activity Tracking System
  • Managing file matters with minimal errors in order to minimise risk and reporting errors
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer and client queries over the phone.
  • Utilising different resources to obtain information required from different stakeholders
You will be given training and be fully supported while you settle into your new role. This role involves a rotating roster so your hours may vary. You will need to be flexible to work up to 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday. You will learn from passionate, engaged leaders and be surrounded by a supportive and diverse team.

Only applicants who have completed PI (behavioural) & PLI (cognitive) testing will be considered. Please note, PLI testing is sent after the PI is completed.
