The role:

This exciting role is an opportunity for a motivated Team Leader to focus on the development and implementation of major skills from individuals through personal relationships and clear communication.  

With a solid understanding of donor-centric care and a commitment to creating long-lasting relationships, the successful applicant will assist in the management of teams and targets. Work locally with the opportunity to work from home

As a team leader and manager you would be expected to run a small team of up to 5 people, planning territories, agendas, performance manage and hitting individual and team KPI's

Skills you should possess:

  • Great communication and relationship tools
  • Leadership experience 
  • Capacity to optimise income generation from philanthropic sources. 
  • Manage current philanthropic relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities for philanthropic support. 
  • Deliver program updates, progress reports, and acquittals.
  • Monitor and report on financial and operational performance.
  • Previous leadership experience in a fundraising role, retail, hospitality, customer service
  •                 Career driven 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Sociable
  • Fun and Bubbly personality
