About the opportunity

iNova Pharmaceuticals is recruiting a Microsoft Group Applications Administrator to join the team in Chatswood, NSW. This is a permanent full-time position, reporting directly into the Service Delivery Manager, supporting a set of global stakeholders across Australia, Asia, and Africa.

The purpose of this role is to support all applications in the O365 Suite with deep skills in Sharepoint and Teams. In addition, this role will act as the in-house expert for Nintex and DocuSign solutions.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as the SME for SharePoint, Teams, Nintex, DocuSign and other O365 apps across the Group.
  • Provide support to end users across the Group for all applications
  • Actively engage in design and providing solutions to business projects, and be a champion for affecting how the business collaborates within and across functions and regions
  • Define and maintain groups and security settings for Office 365 applications and groups - Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regards to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
  • Maintain and deliver existing training materials, adding to these materials as new functionality emerges or as new applications/functionality is deployed – also looking to modernise training materials to be more video-based 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Microsoft licencing and lead preparations for true-ups and audits, working closely with licencing partners
  • Be a primary conduit with Microsoft for support escalations and keep abreast of developments and releases

The successful candidate will possess;

  • Microsoft Certified qualification - MCSE SharePoint, Productivity, or relevant Office 365 (Essential)
  • Deep understanding of the portfolio of Office365 applications (Essential)
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field (Desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a SharePoint/O365 Administrator (Essential)
  • Experience performing as an expert in Nintex and/or DocuSign, or related products (Desirable)
  • Experience understanding business requirements and converting these to technology solutions, primarily using O365 applications to solve these problems (Essential)
