With this significant change happening an opportunity exists to join the People and Culture team as a Senior ER/IR Adviser on a 12 month fixed term basis.
About the Role
In this 12 month fixed term contract you will report into the Head of Employee Relations and will provide a specialised advisory service on complex employee relations cases, as well as, the interpretation of policies and industrial relations. You will also ensure IR/ER compliance across the organisation is in line with relevant legislative requirements and organisational policies.
