The Senior Workforce Advisor is a dynamic and varied role working in a team supporting workforce, culture and organizational development processes and initiatives in Solar Victoria. In consultation with DELWP's Corporate Services, you will provide advice to leaders, managers and team members and deliver support and programs across all elements of the employee life-cycle.
You will play an important role contributing to the project to transition Solar Victoria's headquarters to Morwell in 2021, supporting workforce planning and change management processes.
This is a fixed term position available until 25 September 2020.
