Position type: Permanent full time.

Remuneration package of up to $115,848 p.a. comprising salary range of $65,894 - $101,237 p.a. (HP3/Nurse Grade 6 (Band 1)), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

About the Role

The NWHHS Mental Health and ATOD service works across the following service areas:

  • Acute Care Service.
  • Consultation and Liaison Service.
  • Community Mental Health Services (Child Youth, Evolve, Adult and Older Persons).
  • Court Liaison Services.
  • Homeless Health Outreach Services. (HHOT)
  • Onsite and Outreach services to remote communities.
  • Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Services. (ATODS)

The purpose of the position is to provide advanced clinical care to consumers requiring acute mental health and or drug and alcohol services including but not limited to assessment, early intervention, crisis management, short term evidenced based treatment and or support and management through transition to continued care or external referral services within an acute care framework.
