About the Role
Lead innovation and business improvement reform through the development of human and organisational well-being strategies which respond to internal and external drivers impacting on staff performance, engagement and satisfaction.
Lead large-scale and targeted organisational wide projects which incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing challenges and successfully contribute to Metro North's overall strategy and vision.
Deliver a measurement system and supporting framework/methodology that will support the case for change, desired outcomes, accurate scope, clear roles and decision making and ensure organisational alignment in the design and execution of initiative efforts.
Represent Metro North HHS in negotiations with national, multi-national organisations, universities and groups seeking relationships with health service partners.
