Management Consultant

The role:

Leading all aspects of project delivery, including (but not limited to):

Quality assurance across projects and individual deliverables. This will include the ability to lead and provide strategic oversights across all analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, produced during consulting projects 

Assisting and delivering the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of companies resources

Carrying out meetings with clients to discuss company shortcomings and overall goals and desired outcomes

Offering direction for a more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems

Analysing, evaluating, undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures

Make and implement approved recommendations, issuing revisions where required and updating procedure manuals as well as other relevant documentation

Workshop design and facilitation

Effectively managing client relationships

Guiding and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality work

Engaging – Participating in key client meetings and liaising with key stakeholders

Driving growth and impact – Identifying key opportunities for business improvement and growth (both for client organisations and for Impact Co.)

Enabling – Providing assistance to other parts of the business where required, not being afraid to get your hands dirty

About you:

Must have previous experience as a Management Consultant and a proven track record

Must have a formal qualification that is relevant to this role

Strong communication skills – both written and oral

Experience in designing and facilitating workshops

Creating thinking, with a desire to do things better

Able to multi-task and handle ambiguity
