Physical Security Process Analyst

We are seeking a Physical Security Process Analyst who will work with an assigned client group to analyse business processes and procedures, identifying inefficiencies that may inhibit corporate goals.


As the Physical Security Process Analyst, your key accountabilities include:

  • Create, implement and maintain standards, policies and procedures (aligned to AS 9001)
  • Developing metrics and measures aligned to processes utilised by the Physical Security Operations team
  • Developing reports to support the Physical Security Operations team’s continual improvement
  • Investigating and enforcing compliance in alignment with our physical security standards, processes and procedures for all visitors to our sites
  • Monitor and report on workforce compliance to Telstra's physical security standards, processes and procedures
  • Analyse and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through auditing, review, or assessment
  • Communicate to Telstra's internal and external stakeholders our policies and procedures relating to physical security


You need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in tight timelines
  • A high level of resiliency, drive and commitment to the role
  • An ability to prioritise work and to be able to contribute as an effective member of a team
  • Relevant Tertiary degree or business-related experience
