ABOUT THE ROLE 
Our Enrolled Nurses are confident leaders that support and mentor the care team to provide outstanding care for our residents. We now have a vacancy for an experienced Enrolled Nurse looking for a mix of AM and PM shifts including weekends at our site in Karrinyup. To be considred you must be available for all of the below shifts;

Thursday 0700-1500
Friday 0700-1500
Saturday 1500-2215
Sunday 1500-2215

What you'll do;

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessments
  • Contribute in the allocation of workload for care staff
  • Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
  • Monitor and assist in administering medications
  • Provide oversight and leadership to care staff
  • Supervise care staff on shifts and provide support
  • Complete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reporting

ABOUT YOU

You are passionate about quality of care, ensuring that you collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will contribute to a strong professional team approach through open communication and a positive supportive environment. In this role you will have the ability to work autonomously whilst being supported by the site Registered Nurse.

Essential Criteria

  • Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Previous experience in an Aged Care (advantageous) 
  • Flu vaccination 2020 certificate 
  • Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months' old or ability to obtain one
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
