Stawell Regional Health is currently seeking a Clinical Governance and Risk Manager that thrives in an environment of autonomy and innovation. Our health service is committed to working with leading edge risk management and clinical governance systems that are agile, supportive and deliver results.
Working as an integral part of the Performance Improvement Unit, reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides leadership and advice in clinical governance and risk management to the Executive team and broader organisation as we seek to implement a new and exciting strategic plan to support our community and deliver safe quality care. This includes the analysis and reporting of incidents, coordination of the risk management system, policy development and review and management of a legislative compliance system.
