Branch Manager

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating full-time, permanent Branch Manager to lead our team at our Townsville branch.

As one of our Branch Managers, you will use your networks and your strong business development skills to strategically partner with the local community and drive business gained from your previous experience working in a financial institution where you had responsibility for lending.

You will have proven success in a sales leadership position coupled with strong people management skills, including experience in recruitment, performance management, staff coaching and development to achieve real results. A successful track record of driving sales and building business performance in a highly competitive environment is vital.
