Internal Audit & Systems Project Lead


Job Description

Reporting to the Safety Transformation Director, the Group HSE Team have an opportunity for an Internal Audit & Systems Project Lead to join the team on a six-month project-based role.  

Project deliverables include: 

  • Review, co-ordinate and own the safety group system during the project and post launch 

  • Review all standards for consistency and complete a final check against external standards 

  • Manage comms and change plan, prepare high-level communications for CoP and Safety leaders/ Change agents to roll-out 

  • Develop final training/ roll-out material 

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

  • Demonstrated experience in the management/ continuous improvement of safety systems and audit assurance systems across a broad range of industries  

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing and using audit programs 

  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, including implementation and measurement of improvement  

  • Highly developed interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
