ADMIN SUPPORT PART TIME
MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT (minimum six month placement)
Andrew Walter Constructions are seeking to employ a capable admin person to support the running of our office. If you are motivated, friendly and willing to take on duties required to achieve team results this role may suit you. It will be varied and include first point of contact reception, data entry, HR and payroll support.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Word and Excel), experience working with accounting software packages (we use Reckon) and a minimum 5 years’ office experience is required.
You will need to show you can communicate and prioritise effectively, respond well to and work to timeframes, stay on task and multi-task in a busy office environment.
A background in the construction industry and/or HR would be an advantage. The position is offered as three or four days per week as well as relief work to cover leave periods and for a minimum six month period.
