Due to consistent growth, we are looking for a Restoration Supervisor to oversee commercial projects and join the Brisbane team, covering the SEQ region plus some additional travel. You will be responsible for providing restoration services to clients whose facilities / properties have been damaged by extenuating circumstances such as fire, flood, storm or malicious damage

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress & mould jobs.
  • Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients.
  • Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory lists reports for insurers.
  • Complete all necessary job documentation.

Key Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in decontaminating building sites is a necessity. 

In addition; 

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire, mould and water damage treatment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently & within a team.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proactive nature & good work ethic.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence.
