Administration Assistant -Loganholm

Our client is currently looking for a friendly and relaxed Administration Assistant  to join their team located within the Loganholm Area. This position is being offered on a Part-Time basis

The successful candidate should have a Good understanding of all administration Duties. And good computer Knowledge

Duties Include

  • Completing/Assisting with Invoicing & Bills
  • Completing/Assisting with Account Reconciliations
  • Maintaining/Updating Registers and Records
  • Managing internal documents, including mail, filing & Archiving
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting with Supply and Ordering of office supplies
  • Assisting with Weekly Payroll Preparation

  • Reasonably fit
  • Highly organized  
  • Microsoft Knowledge
  •  Friendly personality
