Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and Maintain Sikorsky Australia’s website.
  • Manage and Maintain Sikorsky Australia’s Newsletter.
  • Contribute to and assist implementation Sikorsky Australia’s processes and procedures associated with social media and information management.
  • Actively vet and provide guidance on information to be loaded on any of Sikorsky Australia’s social media platforms
  • Oversee Sikorsky SharePoint transition, working with Sikorsky Australia’s Information Technology department to provide a user-friendly interface,
  • Assist with the implementation of QMS Document Review and Document filing process
  • Provide back up support for the technical librarian

About you:

Experience and competencies – Essential

  • Some experience in web development
  • Ability to influence/ persuade
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of standard industry practice with the ability to implement best practice into Sikorsky Australia
  • High skill and experience level in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications
  • Demonstrated experience in project implementation (any level)

Special Requirements:

Applicants are required to be able to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance.
