What you'll be doing

This role ensures front line service via the reception/front desk and switchboard Administration Officers.  Providing timely, accurate, reception, administrative and transactional functions for members of the public and health care team facilitating a proficient operation of the service.  

Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, good verbal skills and the ability to deal courteously with people at all levelsDemonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite.Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.Availability and capacity to participate in a seven-day 24/7 rotating roster that includes working all days of the week including public holidaysCurrent drivers licence valid for use within NSW ability to travel within the network
