Where you'll be working

Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the

What you'll be doing

This position is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of Waiting Lists and elective admissions within the Admissions and Bookings Office, providing professional, high quality customer support for patients and staff.

Selection Criteria

Relevant experience in admissions and bookings processes

Experience with computerised patient administration systems

Sound knowledge of NSW Health Waiting Time and Elective Surgery Policy Experience in a customer service role demonstrating effective interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work productively within a team, and to work autonomously when required Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.Demonstrated understanding of Medical Terminology
