Internal Sales/ Support Officer - Future Focused Learning Furniture

We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales and Support Officer to join our team and drive growth.

KEY AREAS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Managing incoming customer phone calls and providing first point assistance when appropriate.
- Escalating customer opportunities to the Sales Consultant team
- Meeting KPIs as set out by the business
- Responding to all customer feedback and providing appropriate solutions
- Managing online sales and quotation requests
- Cold Calling Schools and other businesses in allocated sales territory
- Increase sales and market penetration in allocated sales territory
- General administration tasks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a Phone Support or Sales environment
- Ambition to succeed in sales
- Receptive to mentoring and guidance
- Ability to work and contribute to a positive team environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
