sous chef required for Bunbury's busiest premiere restaurant of 15 years,coming out of the covert crisis we are gearing our kitchen up for when things are back to normal, you must have at least a minimum of 4 years in similar position, owner is the head chef and you are required to run the kitchen of our standards in his absence, training of our young team of apprentices is vital, you will need to be able to work in all areas of the kitchen including pans, grill and pizza section, everything is homemade and someone with creativity and flair would have an advantage. Bunbury is the gateway to our south west including the Margaret river wine region ,enjoy your time off sampling our great wine regions. we have a great family team so you will need to be able to get on with others and have great communication skills
