Office All Rounder

KALAMUNDA PLUMBING PLUS is a well-established, multi award winning Service Provider with its offices located in the leafy hills suburb of Walliston within the City of Kalamunda

We offer a wide range of plumbing maintenance services for Residential and Commercial clients, Public Schools and Government Departments throughout the Eastern and Hills suburbs of Perth. Make sure you check us out at and on our Facebook Page.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person with all-round office experience to support and enhance our busy Customer Service Team and Admin Team. This is a permanent part-time position (minimum of 20 hours per week) with the potential for full-time. The successful applicant needs to be adaptable with a passion for multi-tasking.

The primary tasks for this role will include:

  • Basic bookkeeping / data entry.
  • Processing invoices, payments and time sheets.
  • Processing rebate forms and compliance certificates.
  • Answering and allocating inbound telephone enquiries.
  • Assisting with job scheduling and liaising with clients / site occupants and tradies.
  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties.

Pre-Requisites for this role:

  • Previous experience in a Small Business Office (preferably construction industry).
  • Sound IT capabilities and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Good proficiency in reception and telephony.
  • Commitment to high levels of customer service.
  • The ability to work and maintain composure under pressure.
  • A good sense of humour.
  • Non-smoker.
