Area Sales Professional

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join our Smart Infrastructure Power Distribution team. Based in our Perth, WA office, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an area of the Siemens business that has enormous market potential.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Smart Infrastructure the Sales Professional will be required to manage Siemens relationship with a number of Mining, Consultants, EPC Companies and Contractors across WA. This will involve working closely with the key stakeholder both externally and internally, in order to secure both Product and Solutions sales. They will also be required to compile quality bids, develop customer relationships, and manage contract negotiations.

The successful applicant should have experience with the following:

• Experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager

• An understanding of the Energy Management and Mining market place

• Experience in managing both product and solution/system based sales cycles

• The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship development skills

• The desire to work and succeed in a team that has a high performing culture, and be prepared to go the “extra mile” to meet customer needs
