The Role

We are looking for qualified Mobile Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson / Handyman starting in June / July June 2020.

These are Full Time, Permanent positions based in Orange and surrounding areas. You will responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance for multiple sites

  • Repair counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building frameworks, and trims.
  • Carrying out paintwork
  • Maintaining of decks, skirting, door locks and hanging of doors
  • Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
  • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
  • All general building maintenance is required.

Skills & Experience

  • Building qualification or 2+ years as a handyman
  • WPCG Ticket is desired but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience in online systems for work orders
  • Construction industry White Card
  • 2 + years' experience within maintenance
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Basic proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
