About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, an opportunity exists for a proven and performance-driven B2B sales professional with wholesale account management experience to manage a key NSW territory.

Developing quick, robust and collaborative business relationships with our key retailer partners is the essence. For you, the role offers exciting diversity including responsibility for creating and executing a value proposition to our retailers, building your own growth plans along with implementing all sales and marketing initiatives required to achieve maximum sales outcomes.

Skills and Experience

  • Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong prioritisation, planning, and time-management skills as well as a sense of urgency for completing tasks and achieving KPIs.
  • Active listening skills with the ability to show empathy and humility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication along with proficient presentation skills that demonstrate confidence and conviction.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships at all levels of customer organisations.
  • The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years B2B Account Management experience in the Consumer Durables or FMCG space.
  • The desire to work with a market leader, influence, financial agility, along with a can do attitude and a strong customer focus is essential.
  • Ideally the applicant will have tertiary qualifications.
  • You must be prepared to travel to maximise your region’s potential.
