The Role

The administrator performs a range of administration activities to support various business outcomes in a reliable, effective, efficient manner and would suit someone who enjoys diversity in their duties.  The role supports the leadership team and will be involved in various areas for the business including, operations, HR, and marketing. This is a full-time role with an immediate start preferred.

About you:

  • Confident and efficient in administrative tasks
  • Enjoys writing content, preparing presentation materials
  • Enjoys contributing and working collaboratively as a team
  • Ability to multitask and priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Administration experience in a similar role

Key duties: (but not limited to)

  • Supporting the People & Operation Manager with various administrative task
  • Support with the coordination of meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, etc
  • Providing support with enquire management, coordination, and preparation of tenders
  • Providing support with marketing materials, social media 
  • Coordinating employee inductions, project compliances, booking training, etc
  • Organising company events including venue space, catering, etc.
  • Preparing workshops | training presentation material, including PowerPoints, Workbooks, etc
  • Updating internal and external documentation, including writing content, forms, manuals, checklists, etc
  • Updating and maintaining various registers, databases
  • General office duties, including, phones, office & equipment maintenance, orders, etc 

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
