Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Xero data entry, Payroll Data Entry and recording leave requests.
  • Xero Reconciliations
  • Xero Bill Payments
  • Cash Flow updates
  • Administrative duties such as attending to telephone, email, ordering stationery, ordering business cards, uniforms. Logging IT cases.
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Assisting sales support at end of month and during busy periods
  • Reconciling monthly commissions
  • Reconciling external agent payments
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Recording and tracking winover
  • Recording and submitting EPR requests
  • Call Session Call Board Reporting
  • Monthly Upgrade reports
  • Updating MTD sales pipeline report
  • Submitting Credit checks through Grenke Finance Portal
  • Docusign Agreements for Grenke Finance and Vodafone special credits
  • Liaise with suppliers for credits applications/agreements
  • Customer service escalations

Experience:

  • Xero
  • Advanced Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent Time Management

Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.  Problem solving and negotiation skills would also be an advantage.  Good communication skills both written and verbal as well as a polite telephone manner.

Strong computer literacy, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

You will be able to work both as part of a team or autonomously. 

Working hours are business hours Monday to Friday – No weekend work!  This is a permanent full time position.
