Non-Executive Director

Tursa Employment & Training employs approx. 400 staff across 58 sites delivering employment and training programmes and services for Federal and State Governments in the region between Forster NSW and Noosaville QLD.  (See for further information.)

TURSA is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Non-Executive Director to its Board of Directors.  The successful applicant will desirably need to have knowledge of and experience in the employment and/or training industries, and also hold relevant tertiary qualifications.  

Experience in any of the following areas of skills/knowledge would also be very desirable:

  • Financial management
  • Strategy development and evaluation
  • Corporate governance
  • Risk management
  • Collective decision making
  • Information & Communication Technology incl. Digital services
  • Business Development
  • Human Resources Management  & Development
