About the Role:
Programmed Health Professionals are a leading provider of health care staff in Australia. We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker on a casual basis to work with one of our clients on an on-going basis.
Our client is a male teenager with a brain injury based in Bellmere. Our client requires assistance with and support of their daily activities and interests. This role is a companionship role, with no personal care required. The care required is 5 days a week (mon-Fri) 6am - 2pm on an ongoing roster, commencing ASAP. There may also be an occassional Saturday shift. Care Workers must have their own vehicle to transport client, and will be required to provide registration and insurance documentation. Kilometres will be reimbursed for any travel required, in addition to the hourly shift rate.
