Maintenance Carpenter

The Role

As a maintenance Carpenter, you will be responsible for the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across one static site in Liverpool, NSW for one static site for one of our key accounts.

This is a full time, permanent role; you must have Australian Citizenship due to the level of security clearance required

  • All general building maintenance that is required.
  • Repair counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building frameworks, and trims, including paint work.
  • Planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Projects/minor works
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of detailed Scope of works an accurate Estimates / Quotations when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate 3 in Carpentry
  • Strong technical knowledge of the building industry combined with a high level of computer skills and attention to detail;
  • Minimum 3 years post Carpentry Qualification
  • WHS Construction White card
  • Drivers Licence (must be able to drive a manual)
  • A pro-active approach to all aspects of the role
