About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Track Engineer

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive background in track engineering or maintenance roles including supervision, management and functional leadership
  • Expert understanding of Railway transportation operational and business requirements
  • Specific experience in engineering and maintenance management of turnouts, track geometry and lateral stability
  • Working with the Track Supervisors to approve scoping documents for installing track components (turnouts, IRJ’s, rerail etc)
  • Experience in an engineering project / operational team that has delivered major change to a business
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant Engineering or trade plus equivalent industry experience
