Our client is looking for a talented Clinical Care Manager to join one their facilities in the Sydney region. The role:

You will be responsible for the clinical management of a 115 bed facility supported by the Director of Care and General Manager. This role is within a reputable non for profit organisation that is currently expanding, providing great career development opportunities. The residents are at the core of everything this organisation does, and they want a manager who is accessible, visible and hands on, both with staff and residents.

About you:

  • You will bring extensive experience in aged care, with leadership experience preferably as a Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator or Senior Clinical Nurse
  • A clinical nursing background and current AHPRA nursing registration
  • You will be passionate, driven and committed to making a difference and driving change
  • You will be a clear, concise and professional communicator who is ready to get involved in the community
  • You believe in patient centered and directed care
  • You are a supportive, collaborative and inclusive leader
